Connecting displaced veterans with supportive, all-inclusive homes. A clean, safe, Sober Home for veterans in need. Fully furnished shared living spaces. All utilities included + free Wi-Fi. Access to shared kitchen and common areas.

Parks Commons is just the place to rebuild and thrive again.

Who We Serve

Ideal for:

• Displaced veterans transitioning from shelters or unstable housing who are committed to living in a sober, cooperative home

• Veterans referred by caseworkers, outreach programs, or veteran organizations

• Individuals seeking a short or long-term shared living arrangement

About Us- parks commons

Our Story

Parks Commons was founded out of both love and heartbreak. Watching several family members proudly serve in the armed forces, seeing their courage, and sacrifice firsthand was an honor. But for years working with the homeless population and seeing the other side: veterans who came home only to find themselves overlooked, unsupported, and struggling to survive.

Listening to their stories — men and women who couldn’t afford basic needs, who were stepped over in the streets, and treated like they were invisible. I cried with them and for them. Out of those tears came determination: to build a place where veterans are respected, protected, and given the dignity they deserve.

That’s how Parks Commons was born.

Our Mission

At Parks Commons, our mission is to provide displaced veterans with a clean, safe, and sober shared living environment where dignity is restored, respect is given, and stability becomes possible. We believe that sobriety, structure, and community are the keys to helping veterans rebuild their lives and rejoin society as thriving, productive citizens.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a network of supportive homes where veterans across our community are no longer overlooked, but honored, respected, and given the chance to heal and grow. We aim to partner with organizations, churches, and individuals who share our commitment to ensuring that every veteran has access to safe housing, lasting sobriety, and the dignity they deserve.
